Scammers. Took a gold chain to get it fixed. It was weighed at 9.99. When i got it back they refused to scale it in front. Took it home and scaled it and it weighed 9.79. They refused to compensate me for the .2grams of gold they stole claiming "cleaning gold makes the weight lower" but thats not how it works. Adding another gold link to fix it would increase the weight. Again these are scammers do not do business. With them. They are facing lawsuits from several people according to my lawyer so its only a matter of time before karma come around

First of all. This company has been around for decades and people travel from all over the planet not only for the service but for the deals. They are family run, community orientated and have always helped everyone that walks through the door. Seeing these negative reviews are ridiculous... You've been in once and have something to say. We (thousands of ppl) have been in for 10/20/30 years and will never go anywhere else.

Great service at fantastic prices. I have been going to Meleca Jewellers for years to have the batteries replaced in several watches. I have also had small watch repairs done here. Each time, the service has been pleasant, professional and quick and the prices have been a fraction of what I would have paid at one of the large jewellery chains. I have never experienced any problems with any of my more expensive watches being scratched or damaged while the battery was being changed. I hope that Meleca is around for a very long time to come.

I tried to get my sentimental religious beads re-stringed, and unfortunately because it was obvious it was a little bit different they didn't bother taking it seriously and it was strung incorrectly. My best friend is gonna restring my sentimental beads if you are wondering why I didn't complain after. Just stick to watch services.

I was in there to get my watch resize it cost 5$ so I said why not but then they tried to resize it for 20mins and later said that my timex was a fake. I went to a jewelry store in square one and it took 5 mins to get it resize terrible staff.

Very friendly and welcoming employee/owner. Always had a smile on their face and was attentive to see if customers needed help or had questions about their products.

Took my watch for a battery change here. They ruined my $500 watch by fully scratching the front and putting a deep nick in the back. I cannot even look at my watch anymore without feeling hurt. What a waste.

Used SILVER instead of 24K-GOLD to enlarge my rings and they lied about it. As a result the silver part on the band turned black and started to chip away {since silver is a soft metal}. I went in for a refund- they gave me a 100 gift card instead- useless!
