Our in house designers and master goldsmith will help you create and design your own special piece of jewellery. You will be involved in each step of the design process. Of course, any of your jewels are completely covered by our insurance while in our possession.

Sure they are nice... when they want to sell you something just keep in mind that that anyone trying to make a sale can be nice. Sure you can exchange or take a store credit.... meaning you have to come back and shop some more. Returns... never... no matter how hard you try you will never get a penny back.

I can't say I had the best experience here. I got a gift from here that I didn't want but couldn't return it as they have a exchange or store credit policy plus and even though I said I don't want anything from their store they still refused my return and were quite rude they are privately owned. I have worked in retail. I know you get all kind of customers and the customer is "always right." If I tell you I don't want anything to do qith your store or products why cant I get my money back? I found the products to be overpriced as well.

We went back to pick up both of our wedding bands as well!

I had an engagement ring from my grandparents that is from the 40's and it had been willed to them from a very good friend of the family. It is an 18K white gold beautiful ring. Very classic and priceless and so I was very nervous about giving it to anyone to get sized and cleaned up but Armand Jewellers was suggested and so i put this precious heirloom in the hands of these capable people. When i look for a jeweller i always try to find a place with kind and respectful individuals. I decided to visit my neighbourhood mall and take a tour around to see if anything caught my eye.
