I went to their store to have a few watch links removed on my watch. They were so nice. The staff there cleaned my wedding band/necklace for free. They resized my watch and I purchased some gold cleaner.

Great place with variety of watches - I know for a fact they are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and they have a passion for what they do. Real deal with these 'Craftsmen' - I won't go elsewhere for my jeweler/watch needs and for me it is very much worth the travel to get there - this is a 10 on 10 for me.

This is the end of a long term business relationship. My watch battery replacement went from 20$ up to 28.25$. More than 40%!. I was under the assumption of my previous experience and so I didn’t look at the machine receipt they gave me (not an official shop receipt showing service and tax breakdowns) but phoned to investigate later when I was told by the Arnik shop owner himself that it was 15.99 for battery change all makes before the watch person started defending himself saying everything went up. Checked around in 3 different other shops with info on the make and sent a pic and I got a range

Excellent unique selection from all over the world. I went to many jewelers. I did not see anything even 20% as diverse as his selection. A lot of hand made masterpieces. I went for repair and had two bracelets. Both were repaired perfectly. One needed laser welding which Arnik arranged for us in short order for an excellent price!
