Services
We've been providing convenient and reliable daycare, child care and preschool programs in Burlington since 1985. Our first school opened in an attractive red brick house on Lakeshore Road over 30 years ago. More recently, we were selected by the Halton Region initiative to offer daycare in two of their long term care facilities.
As part of our schools project based curriculum, the children are exposed to an environment that focuses on learning through relationships, research and art. Within the many learning centres, children explore using a wide variety of art materials, real life and natural resources. This school is about the children and depends on a dedicated, involved and experienced team of teachers for each child to reach their full potential.
Developed in the mid 20th century by Italian psychologist Loris Malaguzzi, this learning method encourages self-guided curriculum that fosters exploration and discovery. Malaguzzi was assisted by parents in the villages around Reggio Emilia Italy, and named the educational philosophy in the region's honor, shortly thereafter.
Preschool music programs are a wonderful way for children to explore their creativity in a stimulating, hands-on environment. A 2016 study from the Brain and Creativity Institute at the University of Southern California discovered that musical experiences can accelerate brain development in children, enhancing both their reading and language skills.
To the parents of a young child, decisions regarding early care and education are not made lightly. At Parkview, it has been our mission to give parents the utmost confidence that when enrolled with us, their children are well taken care of, and given an auspicious beginning to a long and successful education.

I asked for my little child 4 years to be in preschool class and then they give me appoinment to have a tour when i come today she did not complete the tour she told me no space and i have to wait 6 months to 1 year to find a spot there. Even i asked for elder son for summer camp before 3 days and one of them told me she can help me to put him in summer camp but i did not recieve any email and when i met here she told me still looking but there is no spot right now.

I don't think the staff in this school is responsible enough to be a good care giver. I won't put my kid to their school. They are hard to reach. I tried so hard to schedule an appointment and they seems way too busy to arrange one. Finally they scheduled me an appointment on Apr 2nd at 4pm (Easter Monday). However, the daycare is closed on that day. I have no idea why they cannot even use the calendars properly. It is not fun to drive 4 hours in the traffic for nothing.

We just love the Parkview Children's Centre. Our little one is so happy, and we feel very confident in leaving him there in the good care of the wonderful teachers. The teachers are highly experienced and also loving at the same time, which is very very important. In addition, we love it that there is Halal food option, this is certainly a very big plus.
