Discovered this place randomly when my usual place had no appointments. And I'm glad that happened!
This place has nice ambiance, a range of services, and professional hair stylists, all without breaking the bank! Shout-out to Alec, who takes little to understand my requirements and always gives amazing haircuts (and I try variations now and then)!

Got my hair cut done by Tamara and she was very professional. She knew exactly what I wanted and didn’t talk much during the cut which I love! I just like to sit back and relax and I was really able to. I could tell she has a lot of experience.

My boyfriends gone here a few times and every single time he'll stand and wait for anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes before he has to ask if anyone will answer him.
I called today to see if they had time and the man said yes come in at any time. No appointment. Weird but fine.
He showed up at 6:45 when they close at 8 and was ignored and then told "no"
No explanation just no and everyone went back to looking at their phones.
Horrible service.

Bad customer service and no experiences hairdresser. I was the last one attend the salon Sunday night around 5pm. The hairdresser don't speak English, when she washed my hair, she didn't ask if the water is too cold and too hot. When I showed her the picture of my last hairstyle on my phone, she said: oh, I know. She didn't look at the picture carefully. Actually, I only need her to cut short and make some layer like the picture that I showed to her. She didn't use any clip to make layers, she might not have professional training to be a hairdresser. Okay, I went there 4 times.
There is a guy and a woman, the first time the guy did me the haircut and it was okay.. I was satisfied.. Just a normal haircut since I don't ask for anything complicated !
The second time the women did the haircut and it was extremely bad.
The third time it was the guy, and it was good ! He know show to cut ! he has the TASTE and knows how to balance between the sides !
The fourth time, and my last time with this saloon, was the woman.

I went for a cut, I'm a guy, there were two Russian women there. The one that cut my hair looked like she was really hungover or on drugs, barely keeping her eyes open and did a really bad job. She used the machine on my neck so badly it made it all red and irritated. The hair wasn't cut uniformly. Never going back there.

I read all the positive and negative reviews after I visited the place and here's what I can add. The hairdresser who worked with me is a very nice and positive young lady who did everything I asked in a quick and professional manner. I didn't ask for anything super fancy or complicated. So I can't comment on colouring or highlights, but what I needed was done 100% right. I was late for my appointment so I had to wait a little, which was OK. Basically nothing to complain about.

I did not enjoy my experience there (been there three times) and let me explain why. The girl has no experience in hairstyling, the guy on the other hand does have some sense of style. The material they use are very cheap and at the end of every haircut i end up with a bunch of hair on me that would make me itch all day. For God's sake they use toilet paper to cover you neck!
Anyway i would not recommend it. Spend an extra 5 minute researching and you will find a better place.

Booked an appointment for 4pm. Upon arriving, I wasn't acknowledged at all, both hairstylists were busy and there were four people ahead of me. I waited for 10 minutes, hoping I'd be called next (as I had an appointment), but just before one of the stylists finished up with her customer, a woman came in, was greeted warmly by the staff (clearly a friend of theirs) and was served immediately. I walked out.
Can't comment on the quality of the haircut, but the service is TERRIBLE!

Phoned at 5 to ask if they could fit me in before 6, they said sure no problem come on down, even though it meant they would work past 6. Haircut was great, the stylist was a very friendly Russian lady, and even though it was the first time she cut my hair it looks awesome. I will definitely go back again and again!

Well this is a reallyyyyyy late review, but it might help someone. I got my haircut done here over a year ago, not being happy with any stylist before. Like M P. in the reviews, I had to reschedule my appointment because I was late by 5 minutes and the owner said they were busy. Anyway, I did reschedule for another time and went there 10 minutes early, not wanting to be sent back again.
I was really skeptic when I walked into this place at first. It dint look like any salon that I've visited before. Not to mention anything positive. I trusted my guts and the reviews I read, and went ahead

Ok well I booked an appointment on feb.15 at 3pm. I took the time to book an appointment like 10 days in advance. I called them at 2:45pm to let them know i might be late of about 10minutes. I got there at 3:03pm so I wasn't that late, and the lady told me , sorry we're running late, come back at 5pm.
.... like seriously ?? I had to get my hair done at 3pm because it was my birthday and she told me to come back at 5pm !?! How unprofessional is that !?
