I had a great experience! Svetlana the nail technician was very pleasant and patient with me. She took her time to perfect my nail design and gave me great tips to make sure my natural nail stays healthy. The spa is clean and they value each client's comfort and personal space. This spa is in the basement of the Nouvel Hotel. We decided to check it out since we were staying at the hotel. We tried calling the spa from our room to make an appointment a couple times but the line was busy so we went downstairs to do so in person. We managed to arrange for our spa services using an interesting mix of French and English. I opted for a 60 minute massage and a manicure. The massage was nice but could have been a bit more intensive, IMO. The manicure was great and even after four days still looks perfect. It is a little strange how the place is in the basement. There are no windows
