Here's a short documentary on my life at work made by Hubert Charron Zo Rondeau & Charline Verpaelst! Thank you very much Love! Here is a look back from 2003 when Kenzo Kenzo Hair was featured in the Montreal newspaper The Gazette! Time is flying fast! Kenzo Kenzo Hair was founded in 1998 under the notion that people needed a trusted and reliable hair stylist that they could go to.
Kenzo made his debut at the first Coupe Bizzarre salon, opened in 1987, where he rapidly excelled under the mentoring of owners, Jimi and Robert. Cumulating over 31 years of experience in hairdressing, Kenzo has worked on all hair types and will put his entire dedication and expertise to create an innovative look that the client can easily manage in between appointments.

I had a transcending time getting my haircut with Kenzo. He is an artist with with incredible skill who worked with intuition and virtuosity to give me the perfect haircut. He is also a warm, caring, generous human being. It was one of the highlights of my holiday in Montreal and if I lived there, Kenzo would definitely be my hairdresser!

Made an appointment on the phone for 4pm, showed up at 4 and he was in the beginning stages of cutting another client's hair. I needed to be elsewhere at 5 so just left.
The salon is sketchy. It smells terrible. Looks like an abadoned basement with a bunch of decaying Eastern Asian statues in it. The floor is unclean and nothing about the place feels sanitary or professional.
