I choose NO STARS FOR MY RATING but it is making me choose a 1 srar to post my review. I called Gabi at Gabiani's spa on Hunt Club Rd. yesterday at 1 p.m. and ask for an available appointment, told him I was very flexible, today, tomorrow, the next day.... he said come in today at 5. I show up at 5. I don't even get seen until a quarter to 6 I am not offered anything to drink while I wait, nor do I get a sorry or anything, he barely says anything to me while I'm there waiting 45 minutes after my appointment is due to be done. Terrible costumer service, I will never be returning. I tried returning back to this salon after trying a few years ago, my mistake. After indicating on the phone that I was very pressed for time, my appointment was still delayed by 30 minutes. I was very clear in asking for highlights on the phone and a price was quoted. There was never any mention of any additional 'surprise' fees, which of course was sprung on me after I wasted 1/2 hour of my time waiting. I would expect a business to warn customers of potential additional fees on the phone as I was not expecting to pay 40% more than
