Kristina runs a fabulous spa. I can't recommend highly enough. She is skillful and friendly. She and her staff have done a great job of adapting during the pandemic and ensuring their clients' safety. Looking forward to many more visits in the future!

Worst haircut I have ever gotten. Had to wait 20 minutes past my booked appointment. Asked for a wash, trim and blow dry, my hair stylist did only one of the three and rushed through the trim. Showed reference photos and asked for long layers. Seemed she didn’t know what she was doing and was very rough and messy with the cutting. She cut my layers so badly and uneven, the ones in the back shorter than the front, looks horrible! Could have done a better job myself, looks like a child cut my hair. Also, payed close to $40 for this, what a waste of time and money. Extremely dissapointed.

Beautiful space and wonderful staff. Love having all my spa services done by Sherry or Kristina, both and very talented and have great customer services :)

A friendly, relaxed atmosphere with personal attention. A very good haircut for a very reasonable price. And the parking is easy!

Located in a trendy area of Ottawa! Run by the owner and two staff. The owner was my stylist. She was very attentive to our conversation about my hair style desire as it was my first visit. I didn't feel rushed. Got the cut I was hoping for so I will go back!!
