Wanted to rate zero for the service they offer. Our health is not important to them. My husband had back pain at work. Got appointment for a week after. They said that its work related, has to be booked with family doctor. We waited for a whole week, took a day off on monday and went for the appointment. Our family doctor. Dr Itua comes out and says that he cant see any cases work related. Then apologizes for inconvenience, asked at reception if dr Kanu can see my husband, waited for almost an hour there, and one of the staff comes and explains that the other doctor cant see my husband as they

I don't normally rate but have no option but to do so. Did a lab test over a week ago and had to call in several times to have it explained to me. Up till now nothing from them. Doctors should treat and address patients' concerns with respect and care. I was told by the receptionist that nothing is wrong with my test if there's an issue the doctors would have reached out to me. Since when did receptionists explain test results to patients? I know the way I feel and need to talk to my family doctor about it but can't and not sure why. Is it because the doctors are not getting the message to contact

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. One of the nurses is horrible, she basically alluded that my health concern was all in my head (meanwhile I’m just anemic which led to more serious complications). The physiotherapy is run out of the attic by doctor Kanu himself (not even a physiotherapist exclusively which is a bit sketchy). It isn’t accessible for almost anyone having only stairs. Why would you make a physiotherapy office inaccessible for people on crutches, in wheelchairs, using walkers, etc, when they are the ones in need of physio? Majority of the people who need physio

The staff are nice, but the medical service isn’t great. Doctor was quick to flippantly diagnose my weird arm/hand rashes as eczema, which even I know my symptoms are not consistent with. Luckily, through the Firestone clinic, I learned they are allergic reactions to nickel from food.
Also, please don’t get your blood drawn at this clinic. Got a blown vein and a punctured nerve in the same session and even now, weeks later, I still feel light tinges of nerve pain down my arm. The technicians were kind and apologetic, but it’s frankly not worth the risk.
