Our Full Service Mobility Shop provides custom fitting and maintenance for wheelchairs and scooters (all styles). We serve the home and healthcare industry. Our trained staff will help you determine the right product that will fit your needs; we offer a wide range of mobility items including power scooters and wheelchairs, stair and bath lifts, hospital beds, bariatric equipment, walkers, crutches, canes, and lift chairs.
The Assistive Devices Program (ADP) is a program operated by the Ontario Ministry of Health which helps provide funding to persons requiring specific devices. ADP contributes to covering the costs for 8000 separate pieces of equipment including selected wheelchairs, scooters, mobility aids, special seating systems, and also covers specific custom made orthoses (braces).
The Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) is one of Ontario's social assistance programs. ODSP provides income and employment supports to eligible Ontario residents who have disabilities. Be a "person with disability" as defined under the Ontario Disability Support Program Act. The disability must be a substantial physical or mental impairment that is continuous or recurrent and is expected to last a year or more.
The WSIB is an independent trust agency that administers compensation and no-fault insurance for Ontario workplaces. If you are injured or become ill because of your job, they offer benefits and other care and support.

When my old wheelchair broke down. I was in a terrible position, as I desperately needed mobility to get to work and carry on with my daily routine.
C&DC came to my rescue in adapting the new chair to fit more appropriately for my safety snd greater ease of mobility.
Previously, I had ordered a new chair. So, due to my smaller stature than usual, I needed my old seat and foot rest put on the new chair to make everything fit more comfortably so as to enable me to gain more freedom of mobility. And they also put the new arms from the new seat on the old seat, since the older arms were worn out

So I just got off a very rude abrupt phone call. I had to cancel a fitting appointment that I had for a wrist brace today. I have been sleeping terribly for the past 5 days and I had to call and reschedule but I said another day. I don't know when because again, sleeping terribly. So I called and said I will call back another day. The man on the phone sounded very quick and rude, and he asked for my name again. As soon as I gave him my name, he hung up on me with no goodbye or anything. I've been looking for a brace everywhere I can use at work. If I can't find anywhere else to get this plastic

We have dealt with Larry for years and he always solved whatever problem we had. We called Larry regarding the purchase of a new power chair. Larry promptly visited our home, reviewed our needs and ordered a new chair with the necessary equipment required. Within days Larry arrived with the new power chair, removed the old one and outlined the operational procedures in his forever professional and friendly manner. The new chair is fantastic and so comfortable. Larry and the team at C & DC are second to none.

Craig, the brace guy, was very rude and seemed very put out when I asked for help. Instead of answering my questions, and listening to me while I explained what I needed and assisting me he rushed through, acting like he had somewhere better to be, like I was bothering him. No customer service at all. When I complained to the front desk her response was to make an appointment with him. Really he was already rude and short with me once. She acted like oh well and when I asked if she could recommend somewhere else I could go she said she didn't know of anywhere. Again not eager to help. Would give
