1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, and Mastercard) and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

Sometimes we have clients plan ahead for an upcoming expense like a spay or neuter surgery or a dentistry by coming in and putting some money on their account a few times before the surgery in order to build up a credit.This just makes it that much easier to cash flow the expense of that planned surgery or dentistry on the day that your pet comes in.

To reach our clinic from the 401, take exit # 645 south onto County Road #32 towards Gananoque. We are located in the Northgate Plaza. If you are coming from Hwy #2, travel into Gananoque and continue to Stone Street.
