Cynthia Willis, OD MPH is a graduate of the school of Optometry at the University of Waterloo and has a Masters degree in International Public Health from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Cynthia is passionate about providing an exceptional level of care to people of all ages. She has traveled to work as a volunteer optometrist on numerous occasions to clinics in Mexico, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic.
Comprehensive eye examinations are an important part of your family's overall plan for health and wellness. An eye exam by an optometrist includes numerous tests to assess your eye health as well as your vision. Regular, preventive eye examinations are recommended for people of all ages to help to ensure a lifetime of good vision.

If you decide to pursue one of these options, we will schedule a special appointment to take measurements and rule out contraindications. Dr. Willis believes that professionally-fit contact lenses should be a pleasure to wear with no eye health compromise.

I went to other retailers that supply eye wear and provides eye exams but wasn’t happy with the service. I ultimately found Family First and have never regretted it. Dr. Willis checked me twice and was patient enough to fine tune my prescription. This is now my second set of lenses over the past three years and I couldn’t be happier. The staff… in front has been there every time I’ve needed something. Whether that be nose pieces or just a cleaning. Always a smile. I won’t go anywhere else!

We switched to Family First a couple of years ago and continue to be so impressed with their service. I highly recommend them for kids, adults, contacts and exams. Don’t be intimidated by the beautiful retail space. It looks high end, and service is definitely exceptional but the prices are great and affordable for everyone.

Just had the best experience for my daughters first eye exam. Cynthia is so great and made us all feel comfortable! My daughter can be a little nervous when it comes to new things and Cynthia made it interesting and fun for her. She is amazing with children and my daughter responded so well to her. I would recommend her to anyone who has young children in need of an exam. Thanks again to Cynthia and her team for a great visit!
