Had an awesome experience! Been to other optometrists in the Okanagan with less than favourable experiences so was happy that this new one opened. The customer service was great, the office was nice and clean, staff was super helpful and I have absolutely only great things to say about it. Highly recommend checking them out for your next eye exam. Nice selection of glasses also.

Wonderful visit all around. I got an appointment quickly. Reception was very welcoming. Office iS GORGEOUS. Most importantly, the doctor and his assistant were very informative and professional. I'm very impressed with this place. I decided to go here after moving to Lake country and working in the same plaza. The place is very clean and inviting. The two women at the front desk were very professional and kind. Same with the doctor and the lady who helped me with prices. The exams were also easy and noninvasive. No air puffs or dilation drops, thank goodness!

I highly recommend this eye doctor's office! The two ladies at the desk, Sheilah and Kayla were amazingly friendly and so kind to my 3.5 year old son. Ryan, the doctor was also very kind. The whole experience was awesome and I'm so glad I switched from my old eye doctor to this place!

Staff were cheerful from the moment I called to book my appointment to the moment I left the office following my appointment. Dr. Ashley was knowledgeable and put in extra time to find a solution to an issue associated with my vision and my work equipment. I highly recommend this office!

The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dr Ashley was great. Took the time to explain the results of the exam and respond to questions I asked. At no time did I feel like I was being rushed. The clinic is new and feels great. There are ample options for glasses should one be looking to purchase something new. The team also asked about my mom, who is a patient of Dr Ashley's. Great first visit!
