Ltd is a locally owned and operated business that was brought to life in 2006. Mark Ellis, the owner, is nothing short of a pool expert having over 40 years of experience custom-designing pools and renovating existing pools. A few years after opening for business, Ellis Pools opened a retail store with the full support of their loyal customers.
With the retail store, we are able to offer our customers a large selection of Sani-Marc pool and spa chemicals, pool maintenance equipment, as well as a selection of pool toys and loungers. Also, we offer in-store water analysis at no charge. Ellis Pools is proud to carry Hayward pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, salt chlorination systems, and automatic pool cleaners.

I have been continually reaching out to Ellis pools since snow melt about having them provide and install a new pool liner in my inground pool. July 2nd and still waiting for the many call backs I was promised.
How can you trust a company if they can't even get this part of the customer service right. Not to mention my lost year . If your too busy, admit it.

Had construction done to the pool which was not completed properly due to miscommunication, although the job was well done. Then was promised a fix for the next summer if we paid a little extra money or a refund of a few hundred dollars. Since preparing the pool properly as instructed for this spring, there has been zero communication for several weeks. They are aware of our deadline and still have not communicated with us. We have paid in advanced for this service and the lack of communication is not good business practice.
