We have truly had a horrible experience with this company. We were warned after we moved in by neighbours that this company was not good to deal with when it came to resolving deficiencies and receiving after care. We didn’t pay heed as we wanted to give them an opportunity to address issues and wanted to believe the best. Run don’t walk away from… doing a sale with Crawford! Your problems will go unaddressed and you will receive push back when it comes to getting things fixed right. We had requested a back step off our main floor kitchen into the backyard. I would highly recommend Crawford Homes. From start to finish, my experience has been excellent. I built an infill house and they organized the entire project including the demolition of the existing house and clearing the lot to build my new home. The process was pretty seamless because they took care of everything. They delivered a beautiful house that was tailored to my lifestyle and my budget. I definitely would choose to build with them again in the future. I am so happy with my Crawford Home!

I would have rated CRAWFORD 5 stars but for the fact they are way behind in customer service. When it comes to what to get for your money i.e beauty of the home/loaded with a lot of features /options /upgrades /custom/flexibility vs the cost you pay, Crawford Homes is better than any builder in the city but when it comes to customer service and following up on issues that arise after move in, that is where we as well as a few people we know have frustrations with Crawford Homes. Up until now, we still have some unresolved issues (some we reported over and over within a year span ) and for those

I had a very good experience with Crawford Homes and the house is very well built. I gave them 3 stars due to the fact that I have issues with my driveway which is cracked in numerous places and disintegrating in less than a year. The Crawford representative stated it was due to lack of sealing. However, there are numerous other driveways on my street that have not been sealed and don't have this issue. I would recommend Crawford as a builder if I didn't have the driveway issue which I have been left to repair at my expense.
