But the folks who will buy our new showhome in the Creeks won't have to wait that long because it comes with built-in solar panels. What's more, the home will also have an EV charger integrated with an inverter (in the garage). This upgrade will allow vehicles to be charged directly from the solar panels for maximum efficiency.
After listening to new home buyers for the past 35+ years, we've noticed that, for most of them, one top concern remains the same. It's easy to desire buying a brand new home which both looks lovely and actually is lovely to live with. Finding one which practically guarantees that both of those conditions will be met, well, that can be a heck of a challenge.
After we understand your needs - and only then - we'll make suggestions that make sense for you. During this phase, you'll select your lot and floor plan. After phase two is complete, you'll receive a copy of our proposal usually within 72 hours.? Only after you agree that the proposal is to your liking, and you accept it, will we sign it and take your deposit.

We bought a Munro Home in 2016. We just had a concern with a section of plumbing that appeared to be faulty. I called Heather On a Friday afternoon to ask her some questions about it and she not only answered the questions but had her team join the plumbers to fix the problem on Monday. This is 2 years after we purchased the property. This is over and above service that Munro Homes is providing. We would recommend Heather and team for any new construction because of this exceptional level of quality and service.

Our home, a 1840 sqf. walkout bungalow was built by Munro Homes 5 years ago. To this date we enjoy our home like we first moved with a feeling of a deep gratitude and appreciation to the builder. We had a very pleasant experience with Munro from the beginning starting from designing stage to the end, on possession day. Even the follow up service is superior and satisfying. Definitely we would build a home again only with Munro and highly recommend this builder to everyone!

We have been fortunate to have Munro Homes look after our home building needs on two occasions. Initially, in 2005 we chose Munro Homes as our builder because every Munro Homes homeowner we contacted were extremely satisfied with the quality and service provided. We were not disappointed in our choice. When we had to move our home from Regina Beach, in 2016, due to land movement issues Munro Homes built our new foundation and looked after all the disconnect at the original site and re- connection at the new location.
