MARIO CARNEVALE -Mario has practiced law in Windsor since 1984. Initially with Carnevale, Cervi, Nazarewich, Mario established the Carnevale Law Office in 1985. His areas of practice include Family Law, Real Estate, Wills and Powers of Attorney and Canada Pension Disability Appeals.

Normally, after attending with you and you retain our firm, we will write to your spouse or your spouse's lawyer, stating that you would like to negotiate an amicable separation agreement. It is necessary to exchange financial information between you and your spouse to ensure that both parties and the lawyers are aware of the other's finances.

Not so much out of anger, but to save others the hassle of what we went through.
We asked them to draw up Power of Attorney documents, which they did without a hitch. But anyone can print a paper and get it signed. The real value of hiring a lawyer is for them to explain to us how this document works in practice.
The advice they gave was insufficient and misleading and caused us much grief and headaches.
I suggest seeking out a better attorney, one with more practical

We came to them in a time when our family was vulnerable and needed help. The information they provided us was incomplete and led to many problems. When I tried to explain to them how it hurt us, rather than being open to listening and learning, they insisted what they did was correct.
Indeed, they were correct from a legal perspective, but from the point of view of helping people understand the legalities of a tough situation, they fell drastically short.
A disappointment for sure.

Sir Mario , Is the most incompetent lawyer I've ever met in my life. He is condescending and doesn't like women. Let me tell you. If you don't understand something he treats you like a second class citizen. This man man has no class and no edequate. As I write this review he walks out of his office angry at the world , gives me a dirty look.… Then I had the pleasure of him racing up to my and tries intimidating me. No one wonder my father let this clown go....Ive never seen anything so unpleasant and unprofessional in my life. I was actually very nervous. This man is a walking time bomb
