One of the bridesmaids in our party called ahead of time to ensure that there would be plus-sized dresses available to try on at our appointment. She was assured that there would be dresses that would be suitable for her to try on. When we arrived, the sales associate helping us gave us no direction on sizes or which ones might be suitable for our body types. My friend had to repeatedly ask for a larger size while she was already in the changeroom. In the end they only had 3 options in the entire store for her to try on - two of which were strapless and my friend had already indicated several times

My daughter is getting married next year and one of her bridesmaids choose this store. Int was our first experience and it was spectacular.
Emily and Elisa were fantastic. They welcoming us with a beautiful smile, they showed us the store, which has many options. They are experts and they understood what my daughter wanted. She tried several dresses and we found one that is really beautiful, the design of the dress was perfect for her and they brought an amazing veil that makes that dress unforgettable. Although I did not find my dress here I LOVED my appointment experience. Lucy was just incredible, and gave me and my guests the most detailed and well thought out explanation of the whole process. We were able to go through all of the dresses ourselves and pick options to try and she recommended some beautiful options that I tried too. The dresses were organzied gorgeously in order of silhouette, making it so easy to find what you want, a Type A bride HEAVEN.
They have such a great process for trying on dresses, and Lucy clipped each dress so well and was lovely to chat with while she did up

Maybe I'm a little biased as a former employee, but seriously this was the most magical bridal experience I have ever had.
I was able to work with the manager, Lidia, and was floored upon first arrival with the cleanliness, safety protocols and preparation she had already done just based on my JB Bride form completion! When I told her that I had a favourite gown that I had only been able to try on in black so far , she said that she had it in store in white!!
From taking me through a plethora of gowns that were all gorgeous, affordable, modern and romantic, to showing me the endless possibilities

A plus sized bride with a specific vision in mind, I was not having luck. Lovely Lucy and fantastic Francesca were like long lost soul mates, with great ideas who made the process fun again. I can’t recommend… JB enough! Got my dress altered there along with purchasing/perfecting my bridesmaids dresses and matching kiddo accessories. 10 stars!

I had a wonderful experience with Jealous Bridesmaids! I worked mostly with Lucy, Lidia, and Anna. I bought my wedding dress, veil, and bridesmaids dresses from Jealous Bridesmaids - as well as had my wedding dress alterations done!

I went into the salon last weekend with my bridal party and our consultant was Francesca. From the moment we walked in, she was wonderful! I was super happy with the selection of dresses, and the variety of designers. She listened to the things I wanted and didn’t want, and based on that she helped pull exactly what I was looking for. Would not recommend this place for bridesmaid dresses. For starters, they only had the designer our bride picked in a size 4 which made it impossible to try and figure out what size you needed. Zippers were broken on the samples, straps were broken, etc. which made it very hard to visualize what they would look like. Because we all could only try… on one size, we really put our trust into the consultant when she was sizing all of us, to steer us in the right direction based on how our measurements measured up to the dresses we picked. I had exceptional service when I was there this past Sunday! Francesca and I bonded during my appointment and since I went in knowing what I wanted, it was fairly easy for me. I chose my dress and I’m so excited for it to arrive in June 😀 The entire staff are really wonderful and I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Amazing experience! It was my first time looking for a dress and it will be my last stop! I had Lucy, who was such a lovely woman and recently got engaged herself help me find my dream wedding dress! She was… very knowledgeable about all the different dresses they have available and the types of styles that would best suit me. I thank her again and wish her the very best in her wedding planning! I just want to say how amazing Lidia was! It was my first time time going wedding dress shopping and i was super nervous! She helped calm my nerves and made me feel super comfortable, plus i had the whole show floor to myself! From the second we walked in there was an unpleasant odour.. the consultants were not presentable, our consultant was late and then rushed us out. Not once did she ask me what I was looking for, when my wedding… was etc, the only question she asked was my budget. She didn’t pull one dress and as the time went by seemed to lose more and more interest. At the end she was irritable and at one point spoke about us to another consultant; which we over heard, it was my first experience and ruined the beginning of my day.
