My older brother and myself graduated recently and our parents bought us rings to commemorate the occasion. The service was spectacular and they were so open and thrilled to help us find the rings that best suited us! They let us each try whatever rings that spoke to us (mens or women) and fulfilled both of our request to have the main stone be a black onyx. They removed the original stone to put this gorgeous onyx in the centre of my ring (photo attached). Amazing service and a wonderful atmosphere. Could not be happier!!

One day I took my 18K gold chain to get it fixed. The chain was broken and he told me that he could not make me any fixes because they did not have a laser, however he slyly while I was talking to his wife, removed several links from the chain. When he handed me the chain, I didn't check it until the next day. Indeed, several links were missing from the chain. Sadly it is the first time I am going to this site.

As always I am so very impressed with this wonderful family business. I took my ring in to get it fixed and cleaned today and in less than 15 minutes I had my ring back looking brand new. Over the years they have repaired many of my jewellery items and I have also bought jewellery there. I am always pleased but not surprised when I see great reviews for them online.
