I had the pleasure of working with Jorge recently to replace a lost engagement ring. Jorge is a passionate, professional, and knowledgeable custom gemologist. He masterfully handcrafted a beautiful ring that perfectly matches the design of the wedding band so they look like they were made together. I am so happy with the necklaces and earring that Jorge and Johanna made for me. I had lost one of my diamond earring which was a family heirloom that I have had for years. They helped me make a replacement earring that looked identical to the original one. I was so happy with their services that I asked them to make 3 custom diamond necklaces for my sisters and I. Jorge designed my engagement ring along with my fiancee and it is beautiful and timeless. I have received so many compliments on it and the design resembles my personality and style so well! We had him design our wedding bands and he went above and beyond, adding a personal touch by engraving our wedding date in each band. We are both so happy with the end result. I had a previous repair done to my ring that I wasn’t happy with. Someone recommended J.Real to me and I called and he picked up my ring and within a few days he had fixed it and it looked gorgeous!! I was incredibly pleased with how it turned out and how well done the repair was. I’m obsessed with my ring all over again! :)

Excellent workmanship in a timely manner with delightful customer. I have been looking for a jeweler to resize and attach two rings. I discover J Real Jewelers while I was volunteering with Rope for Hope, Make A Wish in the TD Tower. It is a tiny bight store with some beautiful authentic pieces. The service I received was excellent with next day pick up. The rings fit perfect and the joining is smooth and looks natural.

Over the past year or so I have had several pieces of jewelry sized (rings) or repaired at J Real Jewellers. Don't know why I had put it off but I was very fortunate to find this store. Mr. Real is friendly, helpful and not pushy in any way. He works with you. And when you decide what you want or need done he delivers. In my case, it was repairs. His work was exceptional and the cost was, in my opinion, very reasonable. Suffice to say, I am very pleased and recommend Mr. Real very highly.
