My initial meeting with any 1st timer is based around educating them on the process and any programs they are eligible for to save money. Michelle was so helpful in the process of purchasing our first home! She was always communicative, prepared, and professional. We bought a couple of months into the pandemic, so instead of meeting in person we talked on the phone or on zoom calls. This did not diminish the quality of service at all and she was always able to answer any questions we had with a very quick response.
