So I called Mortgages 2 Go since they were close to my work in Royal Oak. This is my first time using a mortgage broker and I was advised to do so from a few friends and family members. I called Robin and told him that I would like to buy a house and get out of my townhome. He went through details with me very thoroughly and told me I would be pre approved for a certain amount.
