Meeting in Minutes Report

Let us focus on the small details so you can keep your eye on the big picture. Choose our readymade meeting package or create your own! Meeting package includes hall, standard setup (theatre style, classroom, half rounds, U shape, Hollow Square or board room). Deli Tray - Assortment of Panini special rolls, filled with a choice of three; Pastrami, Roasted Beef, Smoked Turkey, Grille Chicken, Smoked Ham, Grilled Vegetables and Tuna Salad.

Winter Wedding Package Report

This package includes ballroom setup with 60 round tables accommodating 8-10 people per table dressed in white or ivory linen tablecloths to the floor and set with Royal Dolton white bone china, silverware and glassware. Your choice of white or ivory linen dinner napkins puffed in wine glass.

Late Night Sweet Table will feature a selection of cheese & pepperoni bread pizza, assorted miniature pastries and fresh fruit will all be beautifully displayed.Freshly brewed coffee & tea. 7.5-hour Stock Host Bar includes red & white house wine, a selection of domestic beer, vodka, gin, rye, rum, brandy & scotch as well as soft drinks, coffee, tea, espresso, cappuccino & bottled water.

Our experience with Markham convention centre was absolutely amazing. Ahmed was soo cooperative, food was served on time and was very well managed. Natasha was soo sweet and helped plan the hall layout and menu to our liking. Riz and Jav helped make sure the entire event went smoothly from sound systems to decor everything was perfect! Everything was perfectly timed and went soo well. Thank you for making my event unforgettable ☺️

SUNIL, NATASHA, AMIR were amazing at helping organize our event.
Very professional, they respond within reasonable time. Its a busy time for most events spaces but the trio mentioned above is a dream team that can make any event unforgettable.
Food: The speed of service and the constant effort to maintaining platters were always full was well managed.
Taste: food taste was authentic, and cooked to perfection keeping the meats tender and juicy.
This was a hassle free experience. 100% would be recommending this venue to many people in the future.

A very nice banquet hall, spacious and bright. However the partitions between halls is not sound proof and can be a big distraction if both have loud music. It can be heard. I guess it can't be avoided.

Celebrated my daughter’s Sangeet here. We found the staff to be extremely helpful and accommodating. The food was exceptional both in taste and presentation. Gary went above and beyond to make sure our event ran smoothly. Thank you so much!

The owner is not friendly🤬👹. During the shutdown (June 2021) I was park in the shade eating my lunch. I'm a PSW and was trying to eat before my next client. He pulled his car up behind me and kept honking. I got out to see what was the problem. He told me "move your car, i own this place and wanted the shade"😱. We exchanged words and I did not move my car, as there was just me and him in that BIG parking lot. The photo shows where my car was and where he moved his car to.
HE IS SUCH A GENTLEMAN 🤐😬👎🏽.

Last weekend, I had my wedding reception at Markham Convention Centre. The manager, Sunil was very friendly, understand and helpful. He even recommended some decorators and food selections to us. From the time I booked MCC, I never had any issues. My wedding was postponed due to COVID and these guys were very flexible and accommodating with moving our date with no extra charges. My friends that booked other venues had the world of problems to reschedule their dates. Not only is the hall very elegant with all the fancy chandeliers and extravagant interior, the service that we received was nothing

Had my niece's wedding reception at Markham Convention Center recently and we had an amazing time. The place is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, service is excellent, the food was very good and although we had one concern, it was immediately dealt with. Sunil is very friendly and ensured all went well the whole night. I would highly recommend this place for your event.

It's a great venue for small to medium size events. Not too big unless you wanna get more than one ballroom. Their ballrooms are nice and cozy, and the interior is bright and modern. My friend's weddings was a blast!

Very pretty. Great service and a fair price. The hall is clean and detailed. It's perfect for any event. I love the grand chandeliers and staircase, it feels luxurious.

Beautiful interior venue. The location isn't the greatest. As it's surrounded by small shops in the same plaza. It doesn't have the private feeling when you are celebrating a wedding or other intimate occasions. The staff were very friendly.
