Started a claim in July of 2018, met with Gary to start, quickly passed off to an associate. (Fine, though I've never met her) have tried to settle and/or move forward with this claim several times in the past year. All communication initiated by me . Little if anything is done, often get a response from the assistant asking if anything has changed, to which I reply "no", and has been that way for over a year.

Extremely impressed with this company! Lawyers sometimes get a bad reputation for being impersonal and only being interested in the money they are making from you. That is not the case here. We received a free consultation which was three hours long and very informative. Immediately after, an email detailing all of the lawyer's recommendations for how to proceed which were clearly based on what is financialy best for us, not him. All in all, an excellent experience which was highly informative, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them purely based on their superb customer service and

Before you take any of these reviews seriously just know that Karla Jarvis is an employee and I don't doubt that more of their employees have given 5 star reviews.
My accidents occurred over 4 years ago and I have only met with Gary Jackson once. They haven't helped me with any of my physio appointments, they have sent me requests for information 5 days prior to them needing it and have made me do most of the leg work for my case. They also said my first offer was almost half of what I was told over the phone. I would never recommend anyone go to this law firm. It has been a complete waste of

We were working with Barry Dinning on an estate issue. Barry and his assistant Anna were very helpful. They would answer questions within one working day. They are located in Victoria.
Barry is around retiring age so he is not in the office all the time. He comes in every morning around 10 am and he usually doesn't stay very late. So, its better to call him in the afternoon before 5 pm.
Like I said Barry is very knowledgeable and would try to resolve issues within reasonable timing. Well in my case it is estate issue.

John Jordan seemed all nice and I was excited to get a trust done but it took weeks to get no where. I felt like he wanted to help but then the longer it went on the more it seemed like he only wanted to have us send money. I asked for an invoice outlining what we were paying for and weeks went buy we got no were all together over a month with nothing. He suggested I contact 2 other firms to help with estate 1 actually laughed at me the other was Money Mart.
Anyway I would not recommend this law firm for anything but a waste of time.

We live in the united states and had a condo in Victoria b/c and sold it in 2013. our transaction was handled by Mr John Jordan from this law firm, this was our 2nd time we dealt with Mr. Jordan, We agreed upon a price to complete the whole transaction and when it was all finished, Mr Jordan explained that they had to keep a certain amount until he finds out how much estimated tax is due and refund our balance. When we received the final paper work from him, he wrote that he was going to charge us an additional fee of almost 500.00 because he had to do more work then expected. I called him and
