This company was hired to increase water flow and pressure, relocate the water meter and relocate the storm and sewer drain outside. I went from 25LPM to 18LPM after they changed the water pipes. They installed the new sewer drain inside the house in the middle of the room without my consent or knowledge. They cemented it after telling them not to do so. They did this because the storm drain was in the way however, they should have asked. Then they didn't re locate the meter as requested. I asked them to repair the work and they refused, then they were slandering me on my home job site and

Great experience with Absolute Draining & Plumbing! Vasyl installed a backup sump pump with battery backup system. He arrived on time and did a clean, professional installation. He also provided several maintenance tips for my peace of mind. The cost was also very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I would highly recommend them!

Andrew and his team were fantastic! Our laundry room flooded late on a Sunday night only two weeks after moving in. Andrew was at our house by 11:00 Monday morning, the issue was quickly identified (a collapsed sanitary sewer), and by Tuesday morning his team were digging up our driveway to fix it. Andrew made an incredibly stressful situation a breeze, and explained every step of the process to us.

This company is unbelievable ! As soon as I saw sewage backup in my basement I panicked. I was told to call Andrew. He was here within 24 hours. He was able to clear the drain so we could use our water but had to return with his staff and dig up our front lawn to replace the underground pipes. What an amazing job!! They were organized, on time and explained everything to us. Andrew answered all my calls and text messages. Truly an amazing company. They removed and replaced the clogged pipe. All the time he was here, he explained everything and was very patient with us. I would give them 100 stars

Is there an option for ZERO stars? What terrible customer service! We called these guys for an emergency clog service and they said we'd get a call back to set up the appointment, but that call never came. We waited all day and lost our chance to call another plumber. Don't waste your time if you have an emergency. These guys are obviously not serious about their clients.

So my parents wanted to upgrade their water supply. My dad is a life long "do-it-yourselfer", so they don't have much experience dealing with contractors (they only deal with contractors for major stuff that he can't do himself). I on the other hand, am a "hire a professional to do it-er" (even for minor jobs) so I have dealt with many contractors.
