Very quick at getting me an appointment when my kitchen double sinks clogged up. They came on time, did the work efficiently and cleared up afterwards. I also appreciated being sent a picture of the plumber and his credentials via email. It's a plus to know who I am letting in my house. Unfortunately the plumber wasn't able to completely clear the clog so he came back the next day to finish up. No extra charges for coming out. It's all good now. I also appreciated all charges were clearly explained before any work started.

I wasn't sure if the PEX pipe I had running to my outside faucet was fine or not. Alija answered all of my questions about it for me, and then installed two new faucets, one at the front of my house and another at the back of my house. He answered all of my questions about how and what he was doing as he worked, which was useful because I'd like to try it myself in the future. This is the second time that I have called WaterWorks, and I'm impressed with their reliability and professionalism.

Michael is very friendly and helpful, and got my toilet fixed in no time. I was able to schedule a visit at my convenience. Rates are reasonably inexpensive for a call-out plumber. He also is very knowledgeable and was able to fix another issue he spotted, with tools on hand. Excellent.
