It was a pleasure hiring Vlad to do a number of plumbing work in the house we were working on.

We hired Mr. Plumber to replace with PVC our broken main clay drain from the inside cleanout to the wye connection at the end of our property line. We found this company to be very efficient and reliable. Igor came in and scoped the property. His estimate was fair and rendered quickly. He arranged for the proper permits and work began about two weeks after his initial visit. The people who actually did the digging and installation worked very hard from 9:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. The workers were very friendly and did a very good job. Dealt with Igor on installing a cartridge for a leaky shower handle. I erroneously had the wrong part. He disassembled the problem and cleaned it out anyways and actually fixed my problem. He had all the right to be annoyed with me but walked me through the process and was very understanding. Great customer service! I highly recommend Mister Plumber.

I needed a water line upgrade to 3/4 inch copper and Vlad was outstanding to deal with. He was responsive and helped me through the city side of the process. When it came to the installation he and his colleague turned up on time and were very efficient (and great to deal with). This is a terrific company that I recommend to anyone.
