Clint is a born and raised Calgarian and has been practicing law as a member of the Alberta bar since 1989. Clint has also been an active member of the British Columbia bar since 2011. We contacted Clark and Clark prior to purchasing our first home. Brittany was extremely helpful on outlining the process for us and we decided to use them prior to even searching for a house. Ultimately, the house we got was a new build and the developer had promotions if we went with their own lawyers. Next time around we'll definitely use Clark & Clark based on our initial experience with them.

The service was professional, but also both personal and friendly. A great team. These guys called a friend of mine with a threatening tone in regards to a real estate deal on behalf of the developer to let my friend know he will lose his large deposit and be legally persecuted if his mortgage is not approved within 2 days (something he has zero control over) . If this was me I would have considered legal action against them but my friend is nicer than I am. I'd give these guys a negative star if I could. Terrible terrible way to conduct "business".
