Just wanted to give Mike a huge shout out for helping me out get pulled out of a snowbank that I got stuck in during the snow storm. It was a blessing that he was driving somewhere and just stopped to help me out for a quick 2-minute assistance to get out from the snowbank. Thank you Mike, bless you!

BEWARE.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
My insurance company warned me not to go with Lyon's and I gave this company the benefit of the doubt as the tow driver, Karam who moved my vehicle to the collision reporting center then to their yard was courteous.
BIGGEST MISTAKE.
I found damages in my vehicle interior and along the driver-side door.
It was clear that they had issues accessing my vehicle so they attempted to pry it open.
There is no shred of care or diligence with handling their client's property.
Furthermore, if they had issues with accessing a customer's vehicle wouldn't it be common sense

Got into a fender bender situation and Allstate insurance recommended these guys here. Kelvin made it such an easy process.
He called me when the materials were ready. Took my car in, gave me a rental (2020 Hyundai Elantra) and in about a week my car was ready for pick up!
Kelvin was generous enough to fix my car door as well! My door literally had duct tape on it because the lock wouldn’t latch and he took initiative to fix it. Recommend this place for the convenience and great care!

Scam, Their welder is horrible, awful job my exhuast now looks like Steve Wonder stick welded it. Not to mention the months of wait where they held my car hostage after they scratched the whole hood themselves and refused to take responsability! DO NOT RECOMMEND

These guys were very helpful, right from the beginning when my car was towed till it was delivered, they were professional, always answered my calls and queries and delivered my car spotless.

They have the horrible Body Shop in the Country, Brian doesn't corporate with the insurance company and to the customer service. DON'T EVER take your vehicle to their shop, or else they will have your vehicle until you pay thousands of dollars for the insurance, + they might accidentally do a minor secondary damages on your vehicle. If the tow trucker recommends you to take your vehicle to them, don't trust the tow trucker that tells you to.

All I can say , they are scammers , worse customer service ever , this place shouldn't exist

This place should be closed down....This is a group of crooks that use loop holes to steal from people and insurance scams...Everybody should stay clear of this place and they have no right to even exist as a company....

They are scammers and will hold your vehicle hostage. I’ve been hung up on 7 times, was told they would call me back 10 times over 10 days, sent to owners answering machine 8 times with no response, and sent them 8 emails with no response. They will make up stories and play games just to hold your vehicle hostage for storage fees, knowing that I live 4 hours away. They told me the owner has final say on my vehicle and because he’s the owner he can do whatever he wants, but he’s never around to have a final say and he can’t do anything he wants to other peoples vehicles. Very unprofessional

Had a recent fender bender and Lyons was recommended by my insurance company. I had the pleasure of dealing with Calvin at Lyons. He was thoroughly professional from start to finish ! He set me up with a loaner SUV and completed the job in 2 days to my complete satisfaction ! Thank you Lyons !!

Poor customer service and business seems to be a scam. They held car 30 days longer than necessary probably to rack up more fees.

My CRV was stolen and when it was recovered it had a lot of body damage. Lyons Auto took care of the repairs and I am more than impressed with the service I received while dealing with them. I dealt with Brian who was there to answer any and all questions I had through the entire process. He dealt with the insurance company and made the process as hassle free as it could have been. Got my car back and it looks like it just rolled off the production line. Anyone needing work done on their vehicles should go deal with Brian over at Lyons!

Overcharged to get my car back after a tow. Companies a big scam. Tow trucks get paid to bring their towed cars back here. And Lyons doesn't give back the car unless you pay the hefty bill. Worst body workshop I've been to

Tow truck brought my car here after an accident. I was told I couldn't have it moved to a different shop (I live over an hour away) took way to long to "fix" and the first time they tried delivering it to me parts under the hood weren't hooked up or completely missing. The rear view mirror was hanging by a wire. Took them another couple of weeks to "fix" it again and found out later the sunroof leaked from that point on. Worst place to deal with ever. Stay away. Several years ago, I was rear-ended on Burnhamthorpe Road near Square One mall. A tow truck arrived and the driver told me I should get it towed. It was a minor scratch, and the tow was totally unnecessary. But I was naive and didn't know any better and was sweet-talked into getting it towed.

The tow truck driver took it to Lyon's Auto Body. When I was in the office reception area, the owner came out and said these exact words "it's a total job", which I understood to mean the car is totaled and un-driveable.
This was simply untrue. I was again sweet-talked/manipulated

If you wanna pay extra non-sense charges then this is your go to place. They hung up 3 times when I tried calling them. For an update and asking why I was charge $143 extra.

This is SCAM company. I don't know why this company can exist legally with all the unfair staff it has done to its client! Our car was towed to this body shop and bcs we have 0 experience with this situation, we were totally trapped by this shop. Our insurance company told us it's not a favorable shop they work with. Stay away from this place. Even if you don not sign anything with them, they will keep your car for as long as they can to get as much money as they can. Finally had my car released after a month of sitting there at Lyons.

When my mom wrote off her equinox Lyons assisted her and walked her through the processes to take. Made a difficult time much easier

This auto shop will not release my vehicle. After getting into an accident, we're already distressed enough. We don't need a towing company preying on us. Our car was towed to Lyon's with the tow truck operator Patrick promising that he would tow our car to our usual garage the next day. This was a lie. Four days later, with insurance not being able to connect with John, they still have my vehicle billing senselessly. The whole operation should be illegal.

A while back I did a review regarding my personal experience at Lyon's towing. It was horrible and I will not go back to that place again. So just last month, I get a reply from the business manager stating that they do not remember me. Rather than acknowledging any issues with their business this it the PRIVATE message I get. As a business owner/operating with a business account you can actually respond to reviews for everyone to see
