I don't know why they gave me a car from FutureRentACar. This was my second Accident. My Insurance company always uses enterprise as a rental company which is set up for me. I don't know why they set up a car from FutureRentACar. Was charged way too much upon return and after reading the google review. Realized the rental company is a scam. I want a Refund. Thanks.

I had very Poor experience with the service they provided. I had my brand new car damaged because of forced entry so needed to get the body work , paint job , detailing and the windows changed . The paint job they did was all over the place as i had the only doors painted .the Broken windows they fixed were fixed very unprofessionally when i raise the window i still hear the broken glass cranking in the window . I literally recommend finding some other body shop don’t even consider-it an option for anything.

They are thugs of Mississauga area. Their tow truck drivers forcefully take your cars to their facility even if you tell them to take somewhere else.
In case of service, they make sure that they can abuse your insurance coverage as much as possible. If they see the job is not much, they extend the work to as much as they can exhaust your car rental limit.
They are very very unprofessional, greedy and liars. I have seen a lot of their drivers whose complaints are filed in the traffic court. Their business model is based on fraud money.
So, just beware of this business. Even if you happen to come

Amazing. The guys at Royal did a really good job on my truck. I had a little fender bender on my truck and they took it in and it came out looking better than the day I bought the truck from the dealer. They didn’t stop there tho, they also washed and waxed the outside of my truck and also wiped and vacuumed the inside of my truck as well. I work in construction and going into Royal my truck was DIRTY inside and out. So I’m great-full they took the time to do that. True quality service. Very professional. I’ll recommend Royal to anyone that has collision damage.

DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEIR SHOP. TOW THE CAR TO THE COLLISION CENTER AND THEN CALL YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.
They seem nice and their tow truck driver acts super nice but to get them to release my car to they insurance company was annoying. You need to make an appointment and they never have times until end of their day. Recent when I went there 25 minutes early no customers were doing and this 1 guy was just walking around. Took only 10 minutes to get the paper work done.
After we sent the paper work to the Insurance, the insurance xompany emailed them and they didn't even

Brought in my brand new Ford Explorer to fix a minor hood chip. They had to repaint the hood and the colour match was on point. 10/10 and while it was there they helped with adjusting some manufacturer defects. Like gaps on the doors and fenders. Now everything lines up perfectly. Thanks to mike up front for helping out. Would recommended

- They told me they can fix my car in 2weeks in the beginning. Got my car back after 6 weeks from the day I had an accident. that's a very long time for minor damage. Things delayed constantly with a bunch of excuses

My father was involved in a motor vehicle accident and his vehicle was towed to royal auto collision. I must say that their knowledge, professionalism and courteous service was very much appreciated and alleviated a lot of stress for my elderly father. BIG NO for this BODYSHOP. It should be BLACKLISTED I wish i could give them Minus 5 . This bodyshop is full of clever and oversmart people ready to ripp-off Innocent customers or Insurance companies. They would… bluntly deny everything to save their public image and put things on insurance provider or customers. I strongly recommend everyone to NEVER use this bodyshop and even the SMALLEST work.

Paint my fender you destroyed! Get the lumps out of the body work that you did to my car. Wet sand the lumps and wet sand the dripping clear coat at the end of my front hood. My wheel wells are not installed properly and are hanging by a thread. The drivers side skirt you painted is broken and wiggling around. You destroyed my car. You painted my car the wrong color two times. It still is not the right color. Fix it!!!!

Their IN-HOUSE "Affordable Towing" company (look for red trucks) are all over who will claim they're taking you to a Collision Reporting Centre, but will in fact bring you to this scummy place WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. Tow trucks won't even bother to get anything signed. They won't tell you they have financial incentive for bringing you here. At this point, they've broken so many by-laws, I'm running out of fingers to count them.
Now, your car is stuck here until you pay them the towing fee to clear your car. Of course

We've been coming to this place for a few years now.
Their work is immaculate. The paint work and body work on our cars has always looked as good as New if not better.
They don't rush the job just to get done and even took care of all the insurance stuff for us. It has been a pleasure to deal with them and it doesn't hurt that the waiting area is super comfortable and beautiful.

A friend recommended Royal to me but I was sceptical, as I usually am about most automotive industry businesses. I decided to take his advice and go with Royal as I was impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. My car is a bit older but I still wanted to fix it instead of the hassle of getting a new one.
When the job was done, my car looked even better than it did before the accident!

Got into an accident 3 weeks ago. I contacted my dealership and they directed to royal auto collision as their recommended repair facility, when I got there I was greeted by Richard Barnes where he helped me with the insurance claim process in the claims office and offered me water. I was very pleased with their service and received my car 3 weeks later and my vehicle was back to brand new again. I would strongly recommend this repair facility as they are very professional and deal with customers and insurance companies in a pleasant and efficient manner. Thank you Royal auto collision

On September 1st I was rear ended on the highway while in Oakville on my way to work. I ended up deciding to take my car to Royal Auto instead of the preferred place my insurance company recommended.
Being that is was a long weekend I get that my car probably wouldn't be looked at right away. I get that. I also get that between my insurance sending an appraiser and the entire process that it was going to take a while. I ended up getting my car back on September 30th, the last day of the month.
While the car looks great, cleaned and seemingly detailed I'm not really not complaining
