I cannot overstate how great my experience was. My car was hit, and I was not looking forward to going through the whole process with insurance lowballing me.
I took my car in, and Wanda was very knowledgeable not only about what needed to be repaired, but also about the insurance company I was working with.
During the process, Wanda kept me informed every step of the way, so that I knew what to expect.

Wanda is fantastic. She did a great job on my car, which had a paint scratch. she gave me two quotes, one was for "perfect" and the most complete way with replacement of the side of the car and the other quote was for a more reasonable fix. I went with that reasonable quote and the car looks beautiful. She is really responsive, kind and attentive to my needs. highly recommend Wanda's auto repair.

Had a dumb moment and scraped my front bumper along the side of a wall doing a u turn in my driveway. Emailed three collision repair shops, but Wanda from Classic Auto Craft responded the quickest. She was quick to provide quotes for OEM and aftermarket options, and was also the most patient as I waited to hear back from other shops. Classic Auto ended up being the most affordable by default.
I requested to have the part ordered in advance so I could spend minimum amount

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. All the staff in the office were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I had an accident repair covered by the other party’s insurance and they made the process seamless, even arranging the rental car. They even buffed my headlights and replaced a bulb at no charge. I hope I don’t have any more body work to do anytime soon, but if I do I know where I’m going.

Each staff member here is competent, very friendly and cares about customer satisfaction. Besides doing fine job on my car's bumper and windshield, they helped me deal with pain in the butt Marin Subaru! Barron at Classic made it one-stop shopping for me, at far better price. Now if only Subaru would allow for non-dealer to calibrate sensors and Eyesight technology so I would never have to go through dealer again...

Classic Auto Craft was referred to us by Subaru Marin and we are so glad we followed their advice and contacted Dennis. He and his office team (Wanda and Flor) have been incredibly customer focused, thorough and knowledgeable. We had the misfortune of having to deal with a water leak ordeal right when we were due to have our first baby. It required our entire interior to be overhauled and in the case of the carpets, be replaced. The thought of dealing with insurance at this time was daunting, not to mention having a car in repair while we're in hospital and upon return with the potential of mold

After taking my Subaru here for repairs, the employees at Classic Auto Craft have given me the white glove treatment from the get go. They were always calling me to update me on the status of the car and its repairs. They dealt with insurance and dealt with Subaru dealership to order parts, all of which required me to do NOTHING! They were super helpful, they explained everything, and were always available any time I called. They're professional, and do awesome work. Glad to have a reliable, honest auto body shop in town. Highly recommend!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Not that I'm happy my car needed body repair, but I'm thrilled that I found Classic Auto Craft! Dennis was extremely helpful and throrough with explaining everything that I’ll need to get repaired on my vehicle. He took photos of everything and explained everything that’s potentially damaged and reassured me that I will be getting my vehicle repaired at a great and knowledgeable body shop. My Mom's mechanics at Easy Auto recommended Classic Auto as a body shop in San Rafael. They were able to fit me in at the last minute to buff out some surface scratches to my car. Thank you so much Dennis! Everyone was friendly and professional, including their sweet office dog, Lucy. Also I think they have the most pleasany Auto repair waiting area I have ever experienced.

Came to Classic Auto Craft with front bumper damage which I was told would cost about $600 to fix. Will was extremely professional, helpful, and fair when providing me a quote! He fixed the problem the next day and I was more than impressed with the efficiency and quality of their work! It's not everyday you find a place that is genuine and truly cares about their customers. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend.

I recently picked up my car from this shop that had been damaged in a backend fender bender - 2016 Subaru Forrester. The service I received from the minute I walked into the place until the time I picked up the car
(Very timely) was outstanding! Not only did the car look brand new from the outside...but they had thoroughly cleaned my very dog friendly & furry interior (which anyone with dogs knows, not an easy feat! ). It was not an expected service but certainly added that touch of service that will make this garage my "GO TO" no matter what!
It was also refreshing, welcoming

Classic Auto Craft did an amazing job on my car. I purchased a used car in good mechanical shape but it had dozens of scratches down the side from being parked next to bushes and a broken air dam in front. Since it was my dream car I thought about repainting it. However, after detailing by CAC the scratches were gone and the car gleamed like it was new. No paint job needed! I also had the air dam replaced and painted and now the car looks like new! I'll be back.

My 2012 Chevy Camaro was recently keyed when I was at the movies. I was so upset and mad. I was more worried about finding a good place to fix it. My concerns were if the paint would match or fade later and not match.
