During your first visit, our team will get to know you by asking some questions about your medical and oral health history. Please bring a list of any medications you may be taking and their dosages, including all vitamins and supplements. Next, we will perform a comprehensive oral exam that may include x-rays, periodontal probing, charting of your existing restorations, and a non-invasive oral cancer screening.

I recently had my first appointment with Muskoka Dental and found the staff to be super friendly while maintaining the utmost in professionalism. I am not brave when it comes to dentists and I felt completely at ease. I attribute some of that ease to the fact they tell you each step just before doing it.
I found Dr. Yokich to be very approachable and a good communicator. Isobel was a breath of fresh air; very friendly anf helpful from the first call. Highly recommend.

I've recently visited for the first time since the beginning of the Covid shutdowns in 2020. Twice now I've seen Dr. Yokich, and I couldn't be more pleased with her care! I'm someone who normally shys away from the dentist office because of past bad experience that bring on anxiety, but the friendly staff here have changed that for me! Very pleased!

Excellent care, friendly team. Was able to get emergency care same day. Dr. A is very thorough and extremely gentle. As someone who is anxious about dental care, i was impressed by his bedside manner and painless treatment approach. I am returning for an implant in a few months. Very reasonable pricing and payment options as well!

Dr. Ahmad is amazing. Even during this pandemic he is readily available to his patients over phone and for emergency care. I called around so many places just to be able to get a hold of a dentist to get an opinion about whether my situation necessitated emergency care. He responded immediately and I am relieved i was able to get timely advice. Glad to see that we have such caring folks in our town. God bless.

We are extremely pleased with the staff at Muskoka Dental. We switched over to them a few years ago and couldn't be happier. Our family's insurance situation is slightly unique and the staff went out of their way to make sure that everything was setup properly. I am impressed with their level of care and transparency to make sure that the treatment plan and cost is explained properly. They always explain the treatment cost ahead of time and even helped out with contacting our insurance to help determine our plan details on several occasions.
