We launched "Just Right Catering" in the spring of 1983 to provide Metro Vancouver and the surrounding areas with a consistent, professional and innovative catering service, focusing on a reliable service offering high quality food prepared with passion & flair. Our mandate then was the same as it is today, to provide Vancouver with a catering service our client's can rely on to exceed expectations.
We believe in using only the best quality fresh foods, our innovative Chef has a passion for fresh herbs, all our sauces are made from scratch using traditional methods, we do not use any processed convenience foods, all our products are msg & trans fat free, our kitchen does not have a deep fat fryer, or microwave oven!

From the start of our correspondence with Just Right Catering, we knew that it was going to be a great fit. Communication was fast and friendly and prices were up front. We were given detailed lists of everything included in the price we were paying per person and it was easy to customize this to fit our specific needs. There was no hidden costs or extra charges. From the tasting to our actual wedding, the food was hands down delicious. It tasted so fresh with a perfect compliment of flavors. We had Just Right Catering cater our wedding reception, from the time we started with sending emails to inquire to the end was very very pleasant! Email response was very quick and to the point, everything was explained with great detail, also scheduled a menu tasting which was a very pleasant experience. The catering crew came in, food was fantastic, service was fantastic, my guests really enjoyed the food, I talked with Mark from Just Right and he was not just professional, he was very kind and really made this experience a pleasant one. Prices were great and they took good care of us. Really

The food was well received by everyone at our wedding. Was tasty and in good portions. Also good value for money compared to the other so called gourmet caterers that provide child size portions of abstract art.
There was one small miscommunication with the catering staff but hardly a sore point.
Would recommend.

Just Terrible food & service.
Food was dropped off 2 hours early, so it was lukewarm and the cheese had hardened by the time it was eaten. This put a strain on our event as they came before we even had the room booked, despite the fact that I emailed them the correct drop off time prior to the event. The staff didn't know when they were supposed to pick up the food either. My guests all said it would have been better if we'd just done a potluck, that's how bad the food was. I called the Manager to try and get some sort of compensation for his company's mistakes, and instead of being understanding
