I would highly recommend Southgate Collision Centre. I took my Audi A5 in to be repaired after having my passenger door smashed in from an impaired driver. I called Jeff who arranged everything for me, had a tow truck pick-up my car and arranged for a rental vehicle for me. He did a quote as soon as my car arrived and sent everything off to insurance to be approved. He kept me informed of when my car would be ready and it was done the date he promised it would be. I am very particular about my car and it came out looking like nothing had every happened and in showroom condition. Thanks Jeff for

Have taken my Audi’s there for repairs and have found Jeff the Manager, Pat and Nicole all really helpful and accommodating. Work done was excellent and prompt. I would not hesitate to recommend this shop. Jeff goes out of his way to be helpful.

This is a long review; therefore, in summary: My insurance was over charged on work for a claim completed by Southgate Collision because Southgate Audi refused to use another collision centre. These two shops have the same owners, and thus they had a monopoly on what they charged. But, then after charging $400 more than my collision centres quote, they left my leather steering wheel covered in white paint and then never contacted me in an effort to save face and pretend to care about customer satisfaction. Avoid this place is you can.
