A City of Saint Albert owned garbage truck drove into two of my vehicles with its hydraulic side picker arm extended. They were both parked in front of our house and were pushed/dragged up and onto the boulevard. Damage to one was significant. This autobody shop should be called a crook's autobody shop.After getting this autobody shop's name on google I called and talked to a guy named Tim.I especially told him that I want paintless dent repair since there is a very tiny ding in the fender of my car probably from somebody's door.I took the car to him.He wanted $100 for that.I told him… that most other places charge like $30 to $40.He said that he will do such a good job that it will look like nothing ever happened.After two hours when I went to pick up my car I noticed that the ding was never fixed rather he put a whole bunch

They were given our vehicle to work on and repaint . As we had existing damage on the roof that was unnoticed. We asked for one damage assessment. The dealership denied their estimate and put in order to deal… with a BETTER , more efficient luxury car auto body place .
Upon the conversation with Mr TIM ROBERTSON , we had agreed to give him some money for the few days he had it . He then took it upon himself to send a bill of 650 DOLLARS FOR AN ESTIMATE. HE DID NOTHING . NOW BECAUSE MR ROBERTSON HAS HIS PANTIES IN A KNOT , he drove the vehicle outside with the license plate cover hanging

Got my Sonata fixed twice at this place (one for a small job and one for a big repair) and honestly I cannot say anything but many good things about the repair. Car looks better than it looked when it came off the lot! Tim is very helpful and always makes sure that the job comes out 101% or the vehicle is not leaving his lot at all. Can't recommend them enough! Prices are very competitive, and everyone that works there is fantastic. The man I dealt with- I believe his name is Jim- is an absolute sweetheart, very honest and got me what I needed right away.
