Well I was one of those shoppers who came out of a store in Sherwood Park & found that my brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee was hit in the rear end. And yes, graciously a note was left on my windshield stating sorry & to call the #. I went here on a friend's recommendation and was amazed at the quality of service offered, as well as the integrity of the extremely helpful men working there. I was helped by Steve, who went above and beyond in order to help me make the best of a bad situation by making several phone calls and answering my endless questions, among other things. The first time I brought my car into Freeway Autobody was great. The service was excellent as well as the work that was done. Everything was completed on time with no hassle. Today, my dad brought the car in due to scuffle with someone's shopping cart. The 2 gentlemen at the desk were courteous and took care of him well. They buffed the area and even washed the car for free. We would recommend this company highly and will return for any further autobody needs.

Was referred to Freeway by Gateway Toyota to repair a fender and bumper that were damaged by a metal post hidden in a snow bank. Called and had a very friendly, helpful receptionist go out of her way to respond to my questions and accommodate my difficult schedule. Drove over shortly after to have an estimate done. They tried to find ways to keep the cost as low as possible and offer alternatives for how to save some money or do some of the repair at a later date.
