Nothing was done when it should have been. Always blamed someone else but if you read the date on the document and the date it was sent, there was a big discrepancy. When asked where document was, it was registered the day after when it was requested months prior. After talking to other people about this, I feel the need to lower the number of stars. I still get angry over my experience.

By far the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with ! Given my case was a little complicated since the Office of the Public Guardian & Trustee was involved in an estate sale of which I was the Estate Trustee, warning flags still should have gone up as soon as he told me he was "surprised they didn't want even more". But I was desparate for help and other lawyers didn't even want to take on the case and he promised to work for my best interests but I soon found out that was anything but true. This Firm was to represent me in an extremely simple wedding contract. They were waiting on my fiancees lawyer to contact them. When they were contacted, they declined to move through the process because they quote - didnt want to be a witness to it -. Thank you for wasting 3 weeks of my time, and doing nothing to inform me of their decision to decline our agreement. And it doesn't need to be said, but their rating is highly inflated by the "totally legitimate" reviews near the top.

Brian was a very helpful, no nonsense lawyer. I was overwhelmed by the entire legal process and was getting nowhere after 1 1/2 years with my former lawyer.
When I visited with Brian he gave me an expected time line for the process to end and he held true to it.
Brain skillfully led me throughout the entire process. He let me know in no uncertain terms which battles were worth fighting for and what to leave alone.
