Services
Nourish Bistro gift cards are a great choice for any occasion. At Nourish, we are always working towards environmentally friendly solutions and customer convenience, so we are happy to offer the option of online e-gift cards as an alternative to plastic. E-gift cards work just like regular gift cards, except a digital and personalized card with a redemption code is sent to the recipient.
Reservations are accepted through OpenTable, in-person, or by phone. During the peak months of the summer we only accept reservations for large groups, and patio tables are walk-in only. Although reservations are recommended at the weekend, we have the ability to add you to a waitlist and send you a text message when a table becomes available, should we be full.

I've been to Nourish three times, each were excellent experiences. The first time was by luck, having tried countless spots beforehand for a table, busy night in Banff. The next two were deliberate, having enjoyed the food and having a daughter with diet restrictions. This review is really about the 3rd visit that we pretty much drove an hour specifically for lunch at Nourish. Seems excessive but if you are vegan or have dietary restrictions it offers a unique dining experience.

This is by far the best food in Banff. Not only the best vegan food but the best food in Banff hands down. While visiting in Banff we ate at multiple restaurants in between hikes and other activities. Most places were nothing special. Yet Nourish is the very best food in all of Banff!! My girlfriend and I came here for lunch twice. The first day we were a little unsure of what to get because everything sounded amazing but the owner with the tattoos and Australian accent was very helpful in helping us figure out what to get. Sorry we forgot your name, I hope you can forgive us.

I’ve been traveling through Banff for years on solo snowboard and paddle board trips and nourish bistro makes me feel right at home . I had the King Kong noodle bowl with some bread on the side and the back from revy cocktail ( it was delicious and One of the most unique cocktails I’ve had and I work in the industry ) Tyler and Sam were very knowledgeable, friendly and fun! They didn’t rush me even though I was the last person in the restaurant and they were doing their closing duties . I appreciate them making me feel like part of the nourish family . I’ve been going to this restaurant

Located right off the beaten path Nourish bistro is a small must see restaurant. The menu is extensive and offers a variety of options for vegans and vegetarians. The menu is super easy to read and user friendly.
I ordered to start the gyozas. These were amazing thr Chilli sauce was spectacular. For main I ordered the Kimchi burger which was delicious with a side of fries. It was spicy but delicious.
Overral it was amazing. The service was prompt and friendly. The atmosphere was funky with some great dance music.

What a find on a recent visit! A very welcome change from the standard "tourist town" fare in Banff. Everything on the menu was good (gyoza, beet bruschetta etc.) And the spicy ceasar was a bomb! Had asked the bartender to tone down the "suicide version" but still great.

Great service! Staff and kitchen staff were all very kind. Everyone is very helpful. It is the only vegetarian restaurant in Banff. They are able to make accommodations based on your dietary needs. Interesting menu, lovely ambience, great service! Nourish Bistro is a bright light in the middle of a vegan desert.

Not only was this some of the best plant-based food we’ve ever had, but the best service too. Caleb was awesome - super friendly and was able to recommend drinks and food that blew our minds. We had the beetroot bruschetta, dumplings and nachos. Who would have thought.. that fruit on nachos is AMAZING. Everyone will enjoy this place, vegan or not. Gluten-free options too. Can’t wait to go back!!!

Everytime we come to Banff we stop and eat here. It is a fabulous place to eat. Service is always great. The vegan nachos and vegan poutine are absolutely stellar! We have had everything on the menu and I can't say anything bad about a single thing. Highly reccomend this eatery, it is very well run and delicious.

As the only vegan in the family, it felt like a 'win' for me that we chose this place for lunch. My mom, daughter and I all had the mushroom ravioli which was creamy, tasty and very filling! They gave us the option of dairy or non-dairy versions of most everything which was really helpful. They even did a half-and half dairy/non-dairy version of the amazing nachos. So delicious! I think I may have converted at least one of my family members. I just wish I was more hungry because I honestly wanted to try everything on the menu.

This little hidden gem in Banff is a vegan dream! Starting with the quirky plant theme and ambience! My party the ordered the nachos to start (had strawberries and mandarins which was different) so good and locally made vegan sour cream! The ravioli and mac and cheese were divine. One of the best vegan restaurants ive been too! I wasn't a massive fan of the king noodles, but others in my party enjoyed it!

The staff at nourish were very friendly and accommodating with Bluey (puppy pictured) and even gave him some water when we sat down.
The food was so good, my sister who is not vegetarian/vegan loved the burger, iced coffee, ravioli and the tempura broccoli.
My sister hates mushrooms and ravioli and she loved the vegan ravioli from this restaurant!
Food pictured was too good to wait and eat, so we did our best to capture what we hadn’t eaten yet.

The jungle cakes were so fresh and fluffy with steam puffing out each time as I cut into them. I also took the mushroom ravioli and Boars burger for lunch on the road trip home! All the food was delicious! 😋😋 Also the server Emily was very friendly and courteous and made recommendations from the menu. She also made sure the coffee was filled and I was happy with everything! 💗

This was our first stop once we arrived in Banff since we were looking to nourish our bodies with a fresh & healthy lunch after our morning travels. Well the name says it all...we definitely felt nourished and totally satisfied after enjoying their Hummus Trio and Beautiful Burrito! This is definitely a fun & funky restaurant/bar we would visit again when in Banff. Truth be told, we did go back a second time during our 5-day trip, because that Beautiful Burrito was calling our name!

If I could give this a 10 star I would!! We came here based on a recommendation from a local and I am so glad we stopped here for dinner. It's located right in downtown Banff. We ordered the half order of Nachos ( the full order feeds up to 5 people!), also their house made cashew cheese is a must with this. We also got the Gyoza dumplings, and the noodle dish with coconut broth. For drinks we had the impeachy Trump and the Ceareal-y thingy (sooo good). For dessert we had the key lime pie, which was light and refreshing. We left feeling full but satisfied! I've never had such a healthy

It takes a lot anymore to blow my socks off, but Nourish Bistro did. It nourished by body (and) my love for delicious food. It was scrumptious! Everything we ordered was full of flavor and fresh-tasting.
Our server was kind and attentive and added to our experience.
I kept looking at other tables to see what they ordered because there were other items on the menu I wanted to try. Everything I spotted on our fellow diner's tables looked tasty as well.
