Shane and Val were exceptional to deal with. The original install date of my woodstove was set for March 2020 but due to COVID it was pushed back to July. A true measure of exceptionalism is when having to handle adversity. Shane and Val were professional and reliable during the uncertainty of COVID. There crew was professional, polite and efficient. The end result is a previous leak was repaired and the ideal woodstove (now the main heat source) for my home is in place. I highly recommend The Heating Source as your only heating source! Thanks again Shane and Val!!

The Heating Source owners Val and Shane are amazing. The service that I received from the first call to inquire about the best gas burning fireplace for my home to the clean up after the installation was excellent...the best that I have ever had! Val worked with me in selecting the correct fireplace unit then once selected and the installation date booked, they called a day ahead to provide me with a friendly reminder. Shane and Austin were fantastic on installation day. They protected the floors and surrounding areas, they worked quickly and efficiently and left the house clean and tidy. With

We approached three different companies when it finally came time to install air conditioning in our home. The quotes provided by The Heating Source were very detailed with the pricing broken down as requested. They took the time to answer our questions thoroughly, and all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The installation team was very knowledgeable and professional, and exceptionally clean!
