Anyway, the service provided at the Bonavista location by Danny and Sam went flawlessly. They made the closing process very quick, simple, and made sure all of questions were answered. Also cheaper by a little bit after have been sent many quotes, which is a bonus. Highly recommend MacKay.

This was my 2nd time using MacKay Real Property Law for the sale of rental properties. I have been involved in the purchase and sale of property for over 20 years, and have used various real estate lawyers over the years. We dealt with Jill and Paul at the Bonavista office for the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home. They were both amazing and with the 7 steps of notifications that they used to keep us informed, we always knew what was happening. We ran into some problems with our bridge financing and they were always available to get things fixed.
