Statistics tell us that nearly half of all marriages in Canada end in divorce. The impact of a divorce on your children and yourself could be crushing; it could have a life-long, detrimental effect. If not handled correctly and in a timely manner, the disputes arising out of separation or divorce can become emotionally and financially catastrophic.
Buying a house involves one legal step after another, some of which you may not have considered. From your initial dealings with the real estate agent through to your involvement with the movers, you should be aware of the various legal implications of your actions. As the saying goes, "knowledge is power"; the more you know about all the facets of buying a house the less apt you are to run into problems.
Commercial law is concerned with the legalities of buying and selling goods and services. It encompasses many practice areas, including: contracts, taxation, real estate, and sales law. Like any field of law, commercial law evolves in response to changes in society. Commercial law in particular has experienced rapid changes of late, due to new technologies.
Unlike criminal prosecution, civil action involves a lawsuit brought to court in order to receive damages or to recover a right. Civil litigation usually involves disputes of private law issues between individuals, businesses or non-profit organizations. At the same time, civil litigations can include public law issues.

If you need a lawyer to help you and a lawyer who you know you can trust! Look elsewhere.

They will pretend they're helping you and will get angry with you, if you don't think they're helping. If you ever need referrals, for just about anything, forget about it just do them yourself. It's way faster and will actually get done.

I would give them zero stars... but that's not an option.

0/10 would not use them ever again.... for anything.

There are more deserving lawyers for you to give your money to.

I suggest you find one of them.
