At Mynt Hair Studio we offer an array of professional and exclusive hair products and styling tools that we trust and highly recommend to rebuild, restore and rejuvenate your hair. Reuzel Clay Matte Pomade is formulated to create a touchable, flexible hold with a matte finish that is perfect for manipulating hair into almost any style.
I love the environment at Mynt. Everyone gets along so well, and trusts each other, and if you need help or have a hair question, they all are so approachable. Love the treatment I get from the entire team at Mynt. David is a magician when it comes to colour and highlights and I've had nothing but compliments on my hair, even from total strangers.
If you wish a full professional blow-out after your colour service, you will need to book in accordingly with your appointment. Some hair types, such as curly, heavily textured, and relaxed hair cannot be effectively blown-out. In such cases, it is better to leave the hair to dry naturally as to protect the integrity of your hair.

Celia made my hair dreams come true! Finally, a hairdresser who understood exactly what kind of layered look I wanted. She told me what she thought was needed to be done to achieve the look I wanted, based on my hair type and I trusted her. I don't have enough words to describe how happy I am! Had to book a long due hair cut and had just moved to Oakville. After doing some research booked it with Jay, and it was FANTASTIC! In addition, it saved commute costs. Jay was a doll, I've never experienced a hair stylist like him before. I was comfortable and he made sure I liked my hair cut and length of it.

I had a cut and colour done by Kori and she was amazing! I don't really like my hair so have never enjoyed the experience of getting it done, more like a necessary evil of life, but Kori was attentive, gave me some great ideas on how to make my hair look better that were easy to do, and generally made it a comfortable and great experience. I would highly recommend her, she is skilled, friendly and really listened to what my concerns were and what I wanted.

I have been going to Mynt for years and have never been disappointed! Kori is amazing! My colour looks great and she always comes through when I say I want to try something new. Kori has also done my daughter’s hair and again her cut and colour look amazing! I always feel relaxed and have a great time getting my done. Would totally recommend!

Finally decided to take the plunge and deal with my totally neglected hair.
After today wish I had done it sooner.
I was made welcome from the minute I walked in and it was truly a warm and fun environment.
Crystal was very responsive to my appointment request and took the time to actually assess my needs.
The lovely young lady who shampooed my hair was extremely sensitive to my needs, pleasant and almost made me fall asleep with her scalp massage.
As for Don who styled my hair could not have asked for anymore, easy and fun to talk to and never tried to "up sell " me on products or services

Paid $300+ for poor service and streaky highlights.
Went in for a consult before the appt. which usually you'd think you'd get a quote but no. Asked for an ombré look with no roots or streaks. Got both. Jay was rough with my hair, pulling it and jerking my head around. Not worth it. Would get a refund if I could.

My hair cuts have always been beautiful- it's just colouring is awful.
I asked for ombré and came out with copper ish red something.... Barely noticeable... She told me I would have to come in and do it a couple of times to get the blond... I trusted her and came in a few months later and did it again! Same outcome- if not worse... So I immediately asked to come in to fix it... I was in tears!!! They wouldn't take me until two days later to get more toner to strip the red... They did

Have been generally unhappy with the quality of men's hairdressers here in Oakville. Read a great review on MYNT and trusted them to cut my hair for my wedding. Jay was patient, efficient, and highly professional.
