My vehicle wouldn't start after going into battery save mode. The tow truck operator boosted my vehicle and got it running but did not offer to let me drive it the 3 blocks I needed to to get it to the shop. He continued to load the vehicle onto the truck, vehicle running. When we got to the shop he told me to leave it running a few more minutes. I asked him, could I not have drove it myself? He insisted that he was my best bet to get my vehicle to the shop. I was charged $204 for a boost and a 5 minute tow. If people really did care for others they would work with the customer in this regard
