I accidentally killed my battery the night before starting a new job and. I had a service technician at my address within the hour. The service provided was fast, efficient and friendly.
I highly recommend their services if you are in need of roadside assistance and do not already have a roadside assistance plan.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
One of the worse Tow Truck Companies in Calgary. The company sent two separate trucks that both broke down on location, owning to no pre-trip inspections. Drivers were also very rude and vulgar. Could not articulate a sentence without swearing. Not professional.

So l never usually give bad review to business - but l can’t resist myself with the experience l had few days back. We called them for battery boosting, and the guy came spend a minute and end result - your battery is dead, nothing can happen. We spend the whole day calling one place to other so someone can tow or do battery replacement.
Turned out in the end, when we call another place for boosting - battery was fine and engine got flooded. How come you guys are so careless with customers, other company told us as soon as he heard the starting sound that it isn’t boosting issue. AND THE TOP

Don't call anyone else. My son used City Wide to flat deck the same car to the shop, $200.00. City Wide would not return his calls when he was looking for the towing eye. Eventually he gave up. I called Seel and the experience was awesome! Easy to deal with, called when the car was loaded and put the car right in the garage as requested. Now for the best part, it was $40.00 cheaper to flat bed the car 6 kilometers further. They arrived at the time they said would. This was a no hassle job. Thank you.

Terrible customer service and ethics! Average rates, but I would reccomend going with another company that provides better service and customer support as I had a very negative experience that left me feeling frustrated and angered. When I arrived to meet the tow truck driver he was so angry and furious that I felt intimidated interacting with him. I arrived at the time indicated when booking the tow, but he insisted that I was late and he had been there for over 15 minutes as he was flailing around and speaking loudly and aggressively. My bike decided to turn off while travelling at 100 km/hr on deerfoot. Made it to Memorial and as soon as it stopped, it died. Called SEEL since they were the top ones on Google.
23 minutes later Robbie rolls up with a flatbed. He's an alright guy and gets straight to work. 32 minutes later I'm unloaded and at home. Cost me around $160 for the pleasure but what can I say? I called and he rolled up. Gave my wife and I a lift home. No fuss, no muss, no drama.
9:22 on a Sunday morning. Home safe and sound by 10:30. Can't complain about that.

Lenny and Brian went above and beyond when I was stranded with a dead battery - like, really dead - unboostable. Because I live more than 50km from where my car broke down, a tow would have been $400. Instead, they gave me a lift to Canadian Tire, helped me find the right battery, drove me back to my car and installed the battery for me all for a very reasonable price. The guys were professional, friendly and made what could have been a very stressful situation actually kind of fun. Would recommend this company and, especially this team. Thanks guys!

Brian with SEEL Towing was awesome! Our car was impounded at the city lot after an accident and Mayday/ASAP Towing were shady and gave us the run-around for half the day before canceling on us after we went to the impound and paid to get our vehicle towed today. We called SEEL towing around 3 PM after a bunch of unsuccessful calls to other towing outfits since it is -25C outside and everyone is needing boosts and tows this week. We set everything up with SEEL and they sent Brian to the impound who called us when he picked up our vehicle and arrived by 6:15 PM. He also did some impressive and skillful

I called to get my keys out of my truck, they said it would be no longer than an hour. 2 hours later and this guy shows up mad at life. Throwing his tools at the ground and complaining about his job. Charged me $75. In the summer I had a key issue on my motor home and was only charged $45 in Kelowna! Would not recommend.
