Bought a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan with 141573 kms for $17203.55. After owning it for 4 hours and 206 kms, was on the back of a tow truck because the van had a check engine light on, was shaking vigourously, and was totally unsafe to drive. Had to replace cylinder #3 ignition coil. After complaining to management and explaining I need a safe, reliable vehicle and wanted my money refunded, was told all sales are final! They did offer me $16000 as a trade in value. That's $1203.55 less for only driving 206 miserable kms. At 142220 kms, the van has a check engine light on again. Some say lemon, I say

This is Paula, I am the customer you are referring to in my daughters review. I had asked her to handle this for me as I am distraught over this entire situation. And she was involved in some communications with me about the car.
I purchased the warranty I did because we all felt it would cover what I would need over the next couple of years as I don’t drive much. I would have never thought a car I was purchasing from a dealer would break down to the tune of $4,000 after 42 days and less than 1,000kms driven.

I bought a car there weren't not willing to give me even $300 off the price which is fine. the window wasn't working when I bought the car this issues was none and wrote down and to be fixed for safety since windows must go up and down to pass. i had my car 1 week and the window stopped working. I drove down (it is over an hour drive for me) my appointment was for 9am the next day and i had to drop it off the night before because I worked the next day. the lady i booked the appointment with never once mentioned that there shop was located in a different spot than where i got my car. which is fine

Friendly and honest. I called up looking for a particular car and had an easy experience getting approved, despite living quite some distance away. When the report for the safety came back, it needed expensive work because of the previous owner and where other dealerships would have probably cancelled the deal (and been perfectly justified!) these guys stayed the course. With daily updates on where the parts were and how the vehicle was progressing, I picked it up with only minimal delay.

After Two unfortunate circumstances with two other dealerships. I did not think I could ever get out of my situation . I took a chance after being recommend by a close friend and met With Ash , he was very patient and understand of my situation.
