This place is split with great staff and horrible staff. When I brought my first car here everything was great. Than when I brought my second car here everything was a nightmare. The manager called me personally to apologize sincerely which was nice of him so I decided to give the place one last chance presently and was let down again. I called in and the desk women seemed to be trying to hurry to rush off the phone and instead of booking me in for anything she told me to send some stuff in through text message and that ill receive a call the next day. Awful car was done on time customer service was lacking even got on hung up on didn't hook up the outside lock/ unlock button for my nissian altima on the the driver side door so I had to go back and get it hooked up and they scratched the back bumper of my car on somthing with several deep scratch all over my bumper

The people there are young, very outgoing and have really great interpersonal skills. BUT it's almost as if they use that to their advantage to try and get away with things. They took no accountability when they realized they didn't put our spare tire back in its intended spot (under the truck). Instead they quickly gave a story saying they couldn't find the tools to be able to put it back. One guy said "ah Ford models..", which was another excuse, no accountability and no apology. ***BE AWARE OF INCOMPLETE REPAIRS*** Surface work may shine but underneath work were mostly POOR quality and incomplete. Attempted to FALSIFIED ICBC claims but they were caught! Nobody including the owner did not own up nor apologize. Impersonal communication by hiding behind text messages. POOR communication within staffs. WARNING...don't get SCAMMED!!! I was very disappointed with this place. I had scratches and dents on my car door that I wanted to fix. I came here to get a quote. Before I came here, I went to other auto shops to compare prices, and I knew this damage would cost around $4000 since the damage was quite bad... After I parked the car, an estimator came and said this would cost $5000, and perhaps even more after the whole project.... As soon as she said those numbers, I knew I was being ripped off. She further tried to add unnecessary services like adjusting the wheel alignment just to add on more costs.... Funny thing is she never

A co-worker recommended 24hr collision and I called them to have a small cosmetic repair done on my car. This was an ICBC claim and the process was seamless.
I was very satisfied with their: response times, flexibility of communication methods, time line on repair, the job of course and extra things like delivering my car back to my home for me on repairman plates so I did not have to buy another day permit to pick up my car which was on a storage policy. Additionally, they offered a quote on another job giving me an option to consider that for the future.

I was very satisfied with the work done on my 2011 Honda Civic.
The staff was very friendly and made everything easy for me! They let me have a free courtesy car and so I was able to get around while my car was in the sho p. Very impressed on the work they did on my car. I also got a little gift waiting in my car when it was all done. I would recommend this repair shop to everyone. Top service and top quality work.

I am very pleased with the work done on my 2005 Acura RSX. Not only did they repair the damage but they cleaned my car inside out! I think they washed my carpets and the leather seats ect. Whole car smelt great and was spick and span! It did take a little longer than I expected but I think it's a a busy time of year and a popular business. I also loved that they leave a gift bar in your car. The bag came with a windshield scraper, a fun flashlight, a miniature notebook, hand sanitizer, and a pack of gum to keep it fresh!! I very rarely write reviews but felt that It was the least I could do given the quality of service I receive over at 24 hour collision. I brought my Carola to them after a parked car opened their door into the side of my car as I was reversing into a parking space leaving a pretty ugly scrape all the way down my side door.
Costumer service was awesome, got my car in the next day. Dealt with ICBC without me having to do anything, and hooked me up with a courtesy car that was much nicer than my own (my wife didn't want to give it back).

Good Body work and finish on my car not perfect but good enough...
Needs to improve customer service. Brought my car November had to bring it back again because of alighnment issues on my lift gate which had a very wide gap in between the frame and the gate. Had to wait for a courtesy car for over a week since it was a back job I thought they would have prioritized my car. By the time a courtesy car was available I had to deal with a courtesy car with lots of pet hair and disgusting seat upholstery, yes the corolla was brand new but it was filthy. Had my black car shopped here (door was damaged) but the work was mediocre...had to go back a few times to get things fixed. The service was great, great staff etc...but the work was not great...especially on a black car where the professionalism shows.
They took out some accessory while doing the work which was damaged when it was put back. I went back a third time to get my memory seat button fixed. My door has scuff marks and it is not valet worthy to say the least, not going to make another trip for this...had about enough of the going back and forth.

I would give these guys 10 stars if I could. Don't think I met Db himself but he definitely does
have the best employees in North America. From the ladies at the reception desk, to all the fine
gentleman working in the shop, they sure know what great customer service really is and they
don't treat you like just another customer in the line. After my collision I was forced to find a
collision repair shop and googled a few and found 24 Hr Collision. It had 4.9 Stars (Don't mind
that random 1 star review guy he's making it up) and 50 something reviews so i knew it would

Just got my Cadillac DTS repaired by DB at 24 Hr Collision and it looks good as new. However wasn't the first time I have utilized his services for auto body repairs.
I am forever a loyal customer of this establishment simply due to the fact that whenever I need something done, it gets done on time and DB gets it done right. The shop is a family business and so you are dealing directly with the owners, owners care for their customers. Try them out, your business will be appreciated.
