We had an accident back in June 2019. It wasn't anything major. What had happened was, I was in a car parked in the parkade and a lady backed out and scraped the car. After she hit it she still continued backing up. Oh boy. I had dealing with car issues. Especially for someone who needed to travel will be difficult.
It took me a long time to finally bring the car in for repair because I was always travelling for work. I fly out Sunday and back Friday. most shops don't open on the weekend. Also most shops closes at 5:30. Don't know how to get the car in for repair when I fly into

I brought my Lexus SUV in for auto-body and wind-shield repairs. Most other shops seemed to be booking at least three weeks in advance but Super Euro Auto Ltd. arranged to accept my vehicle immediately and issued a suitable courtesy vehicle. My vehicle was ready within a day or so. Fabulous work, stellar customer service, and it appears as though my vehicle has been detailed.

These guys are amazing!
I took my VW Passat in for an ICBC repair on the rear bumper.
They were extremely quick with the whole process from taking the initial assessment to completing the work.
The staff were very friendly explained the process to a first timer like myself. They kept me well informed throughout the process.
The repair job the team completed was second to none, they did a great job and matched the paint perfectly!
I told the team when I was coming in to collect the car and it was sat there in the doorway all ready to go. They even cleaned the car inside and out.

I am 100% satisfied with their professional and wonderful service! My 2007 Honda Civic just looks like a new car after the repair! They completed the job nice and quick. Everything is well explained and documented.
Ricky is the guy that you should talk to, he helped me with deal with ICBC from the beginning to the end. He also gave me a very decent courtesy car while the car was repairing in the shop.

I brought my vehicle here for repairs and they were very friendly. They gave me a very nice courtesy car with a full tank of gas and never charged me for gas or for the courtesy car that I had over a week. The courtesy car was clean and when I got my vehicle repaired they did an excellent job! Quick, friendly and helpful.
I got a parking ticket with the courtesy car and apologized and paid them for it and they weren't upset at all but instead very kind and understanding. They were a pleasure to do business with and I have no hesitation recommending them at all. Big thumbs up! They got me

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They lie and are not trusty worthy.
I took my car (which was running) here on a Saturday as someone had damaged my side mirror causing an electrical issue which caused my battery to drain. Before I gave them my key they said they would open up the door and look at the wires that were connected from the side mirror to the door.
They also said they would call me on either Monday or Tuesday. I had to follow up with them on Tuesday. They said they replaced the mirror and also looked inside the door, which was a lie. It doesn't take two days to do a job like that and

On holidays, near Christmas had to replace my front bumper. Just phoned them and they had opening same day but I could go the day after to bring my car there. Took me 10 minutes to do the paperwork for icbc, gave them the keys & took from them an other car until my would be ready. Next evening had a call that everything is done! So going to pick up tomorrow morning! The asian manager there is very helpful and friendly and I would surely recommend this place for their fast and friendly service. 5 stars from me.
