We are a family business and we strive only to keep our customer happy and help them the best we can, through the accident. We try very hard to get their cars back to them as quickly as we can. We only give the cars back to the customer the same or better then when you have an accident with your vehicle.

I've got many good things to say about Nick's Auto Body. They've helped me many times over the years with accident insurance claims and the like. Every time the car comes back looking like new and they are easy to deal with. They know exactly what to photograph and document for insurance purposes, and work well in the claim system. They also get parts quickly and when you see them work they know what they are doing. I was lucky enough to be shown round and it's a fascinating place!

Friendly, reliable, professional and made the stressful situation of bumping someone else's truck into a much easier experience. I have taken my car to Nick's twice, and both times I have been more than pleased with the results.
In addition to the fact that they have ICBC accreditation, they have always provided me a safe and clean courtesy car while my car was in their shop.
What specifically prompted me to post a review, was the fact that my car had not been cleaned in 3 months when entering the shop, and upon retrieval it was spotless. As in, S P O T L E S S.
Overall, if you care to have a proper job done on your vehicle, and want a hassle free experience, choose Nick's.
P.S, ask for George when going in!

Nick's Auto Body Ltd., on Mountain Hwy. North Vancouver, B.C. offer courteous, caring efficient service. They keep you informed re costs and service requirements. George, "Mom" Dikea (spelling?), and all the staff work together and provided me with great service on three different occasions over the years (I'm older adult), and I have truly appreciated them being there to help. They go the extra mile to help!

Disappointing. Took 2 months to get it in & another two months to get it out. The dates just kept changing and changing. When I came to pick it up two or three times when they told me to and it wasn't ready! What a headache. Their good work is overshadowed by their terrible customer service. Also when I drove home I had a flat tire because there was a big screw in it. The only place it had been for two months is at their shop. They denied it and gave me a huge headache about fixing that too. Don't waste your time.
