At REBEL we take your health and wellness seriously, we understand that fitness is a long term strategy. Our programs are uniquely designed to prepare you for success. Our goal is to help you increase fitness and be prepared to smash your goals. We are focused on personal training and individual program design in a small group environment.
Before starting with REBEL all new members participate in a free consultation with one of our Personal Trainers. The consultation includes, time to learn about your fitness history and individual goals, a movement assessment, and an introduction to the REBEL methodology as well as our unique approach to develop our members fitness levels.
Our hybrid membership is unique in its ability to allow each member the option to train in a supportive, small group environment with access to a customized training plan and coaching. There is always a coach on the floor to help motivate, assist and correct form. REBEL is focused on developing individual programs.
We are not the "standard" group class. One size does not fit all! At REBEL you will have your own unique training plan for every workout within a small group environment. First a discussion about your fitness background and your goals. Your personal trainer will then take you through a warmup and movement assessment.
